Step 1:- Open EPFO web site
https://epfindia.gov.in/site_en/
or click on below link directly :-

Fill your UAN no. and password or Forget Password or Activate UAN
Step 2- After Login , Update ur mobile or email address in Manage contact details
Step 3- Manage - Modify basic details, Update your Aadhar details
Step 4- Manage - KYC- Update details ( bank, pan, aadhar) one by one given below in image
Step 5- Write Email to Employer with screen shot of EPFO save details page, and uploaded documents ( aadhar, bank passbook copy, PAN card etc). email format given below:-
